      You are right but Themeforest is famous for not adhering to WordPress best-coding practise. However, it seems must people love these themes with the multi functionalities built in. Hence the high sales volume these types of themes are receiving. We are working on reviewing a few plugins that help you achieve the same thing; we’ll link to it within this article once it’s ready.
